  To fill out electronically   Open the Saint Mary Event Marketing Form using the FREE Adobe Acrobat Reader, and fill out the form fields electronically. Once filled out, "save as" onto your computer, then rename and send via e-mail as an attachment to the specific contact person.
  To fill out traditionally   The form can be filled out traditionally by opening, printing and  filling out by hand and turning into Sandi at the Parish Office Center.
